A website 3dsportal got there hands on an Official Nintendo Magazine which had a section all about Skyward Sword. In the section it has the release month which seems to be in October but no official day. If this is the case the rumor about Skyward Sword being released when Nintendo plans on releasing the rumored console the Wii 2 codenamed Project Cafe.
As you can see in this zoomed in image from the magazine Nintendo is planning on releasing Skyward Sword in October this year, 2011 but gave no specific date.
