Did you know that Skyward Sword could of actually been released last year? Well according to the latest Iwata Asks Shigeru Miyamoto admits that Skyward Sword could of been released last year around Christmas time instead of this year. The reason Miyamoto didn’t release Skyward Sword last year is because the game wouldn’t be as great as it is now, they spent six months making the game while it took another six months just to fine-tune it. Its been a long wait for a new Zelda title on the Wii and now Europeans your wait is finally over for Skyward Sword is officially released in your region so you can now head over to your nearest retailer outlet and purchase a copy of the game or collect your pre-ordered copy. This is a day that many have been waiting for and now you can finally put all of your excitement to rest and play the game for yourself instead of seeing it all over the internet. For those of you who live in the United States you will be able to pick up your copy of Skyward Sword on the 20th and for those of you who live in the Australian region your time is on the 24th. Well apparently, there hasn’t been enough info and previews on the highly anticipated Skyward Sword, and IGN got to play the game in the Skyloft. I guess that means Game Informer and the Nintendo Power preview are now incompetent, and IGN apparently needs to preview Skyward Sword. They just released a video previewing their preview. Will the preview show anything else new that hasn’t already been shown then? Maybe. Either way, the preview itself will be coming out at 5 PM tomorrow, or Friday.
