We got an interview for you guys and this one is from Shigeru Miyamoto and Game Informer. During E3 they were given the opportunity to sit down and discuss various topics such as the Wii U and Zelda’s 25th anniversary and more. We have more footage for you guys and this one comes from GamePro Germany. They managed to capture 15 minutes of gameplay footage of Skyward Sword while they were at E3. The video starts off with, well minus the guy talking in German, the Bird Riding sequence or mini game which ever you want to call it, then you jump into the Sky Temple followed by a battle with the Lord Ghirahim. Its all footage that we have seen before but in this video you can hear the characters and some sweet music. So make the post jump to see this video.

In a recent interview with IGN Eiji Aonuma got to speak about the upcoming Skyward Sword. He talks about the storyline which includes the Master Sword, the use of the Wii Motion Plus in the game, the idea about releasing Skyward Sword for the Wii U (which he has no desire to do so) and plans for a future Zelda. Miyamoto announced at the E3 Press Conference that Link’s Awakening will be available for the eShop on the 3Ds today. This will be part of a plan to release a game from each platform during this year for the 25th anniversary of Zelda. Be sure to stay tuned to iZelda for more E3 coverage.

Nintendo has finally decided to have its own online system just like PlayStation and XBox. Their system will omit the Friend Codes that Nintendo have been using ever since the DS. Now players will have some sort of a gametag to connect to other users like for the XBox Live. This system will have users to create their own online identity, build their friends list, probably leaderboards and social feeds, play online games and maybe more. This can be very useful for some of the games such as Pokemon and others, that way it will be much more easier to share online.
